7. Shipping

We deliver throughout Nigeria.

Estimated delivery periods are:

  • Lagos – Same Day
  • South West – 3 Working Days
  • South East – 4 Working Days
  • South South – 7 Working Days
  • Northern Nigeria – 8 Working Days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery address
  • Valid phone number
  • Availability to receive deliveries

Additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

9. Returns

Customers may request a return on the same day of delivery only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Items returned must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by PacersHub Stores.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.

Product availability shown on the website does not guarantee stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we may:
