1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Partners

Orders are delivered using:

  • PacersHub Delivery Agents
  • Local Dispatch Riders
  • Trusted Logistics Partners

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after:

  • Successful payment confirmation
  • Product availability verification

Orders placed outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Saturday

10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, public holidays, security situations, or logistics challenges.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size
  • Weight
  • Courier charges

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Valid phone number
  • Accurate recipient information

PacersHub Stores will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by customers.

7. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail if:

  • Recipient is unavailable
  • Address is incorrect
  • Phone number is unreachable
  • Location cannot be accessed

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If an item appears damaged or incorrect, notify us on the same day of delivery.
